"The Fine Print"
Terms & Conditions for Private One-to-One Drum Lessons:
1. All private lessons are one hour in duration.
2. All prepaid lessons must be claimed within 30 days of date of payment. (When pre-paying for multiple lessons, this means the first lesson should begin within 30 days).
3. 24 hours notice must be given for all lesson cancellations else lesson fee is forfeited.
4. No refunds given except in the case that your lesson is cancelled by Sacha with less than 24 hours notice.
5. Lessons occur strictly inside the 60-minute period agreed on in the booking confirmation and will finish on time regardless of the student arriving late.
6. Practice is important - if a student does not practice at home the material given to them during a lesson, they may be asked to practice it during the following lesson!
Terms & Conditions for Skype/FaceTime Lessons:
1. All Skype/FaceTime lessons are 30 minutes in duration.
2. All Skype/FaceTime lessons are prepaid and must be claimed within 30 days of date of payment. (When pre-paying for multiple lessons, this means the first lesson should begin within 30 days).
3. 24 hours notice must be given for all lesson cancellations else lesson fee is forfeited.
4. No refunds given except in the case that your lesson is cancelled by Sacha with less than 24 hours notice.
5. Lessons occur strictly inside the 30-minute period agreed on in the booking confirmation and will finish on time regardless of the student arriving late or experiencing connection problems. Please test your Skype/FaceTime connection before making a payment or booking.
6. A broadband internet connection is required. Please be aware of the data usage rates for Skype and FaceTime to avoid excessive charges from your internet service provider.
7. A computer/tablet/handset with microphone is required as a minimum (video capability preferred).
8. Due to the technical limitations of Skype/FaceTime lessons, expect to see Sacha delivering the lesson on a practice pad only.
